Progressive Insurance, one of the biggest auto insurers in the U.S., is planning to hire over 12,000 people in 2025.
That’s a lot of jobs! The company says it’s growing fast, and they need people for roles in claims, customer care, IT, analytics, legal, and more.
Flexible Work Options
Progressive isn’t sticking to just one way of working. They’re offering remote, hybrid, and in-office jobs.
Neil Lenane, their talent acquisition leader, said this approach helps them connect with job seekers everywhere.
“We’re showing that our company culture isn’t tied to a physical building,” he explained.
Job Locations
Most of the new positions will be remote, but some jobs will require a mix of working from home and going to the office. In-person jobs are available in places like:
- Massachusetts
- Florida
- Texas
- New York
- South Carolina
Progressive’s customer care team is expanding too, adding call center jobs for bilingual Spanish representatives and licensed insurance agents.
