• Provide direct care to laboring mothers and newborns.
• Assist with deliveries, monitor fetal heart rates, and manage labor progression.
• Educate and support mothers and families before, during, and after birth.
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs, midwives, and nursing teams.
• Document care accurately and maintain compliance with facility policies.
• Adapt to different hospital environments, protocols, and technologies.
