- Provide direct care to laboring mothers and newborns.
- Assist with deliveries, monitor fetal heart rates, and manage labor progression.
- Educate and support mothers and families before, during, and after birth.
- Collaborate with OB/GYNs, midwives, and nursing teams.
- Document care accurately and maintain compliance with facility policies.
- Adapt to different hospital environments, protocols, and technologies.
