Provide direct care to laboring mothers and newborns.

Assist with deliveries, monitor fetal heart rates, and manage labor progression.

Educate and support mothers and families before, during, and after birth.

Collaborate with OB/GYNs, midwives, and nursing teams.

Document care accurately and maintain compliance with facility policies.

Adapt to different hospital environments, protocols, and technologies.
