President Biden and former President Trump clashed in a heated 2024 election debate on Thursday, and it was quite the showdown.
According to body language expert Susan Constantine, the difference between them was clear as day.
From the moment they hit the stage in Atlanta, Trump came across as solid and confident, while Biden seemed tired and out of sorts, with a raspy voice and a dazed look.
Constantine didn’t mince words: “When Biden walked out on that stage, he looked like a dead man walking. His skin was pale and pasty. It was hard to watch.”
She compared Biden’s movements to a “frozen statue” and said his expressions were “zombie-like.”
Biden’s team said his voice was raspy because of a cold, but that didn’t stop the criticism.
Some pundits and even a few Democrats now suggest Biden might need to step aside from the 2024 race.
On the flip side, Trump was described as disciplined and commanding. His gestures were intense and precise, contrasting to Biden’s performance.
Constantine pointed out that Biden relied heavily on rehearsed answers, which fell apart when he struggled to remember his lines, leading to long, unblinking stares she called a “stalker stare.”
She also mentioned that Biden’s cosmetic injections made it hard for him to make expressions, adding to the difficulty of watching his performance.
While Biden’s team defended him and criticized Trump for alleged dishonesty, Constantine’s analysis painted a grim picture of Biden’s stage presence.
Meanwhile, Trump’s big gestures and expressive hand movements resonated with the audience, showcasing his assertive personality.
With the 2024 election heating up, this debate has added more fuel to the political fire, making Biden’s future in the race more uncertain.
